Describing photos

In the foreground of the photo there is a car. Inside the car there is a man with a camera in his hands. He's taking photos. I think he's a detective because he wears the typical detective's clothes and the typical detective's hat. He might be photographing another car or someone.

In the background of the photo we can see a street with some buildings and flats. It's dark so the lights are open in the flats.

In the top of the photo we can see the sky. As it's dark, it's difficult to see how's the weather like, but I think it's cloudy.

There is nobody walking through the street so it must be too late.
